Terms and Conditions

MEDIAINFO SRL, based in Via Castello 13, 36050, Monteviale (Vi) and VAT No. 04323530248 (hereinafter, the "Data Controller"), provides users with the mobile application OkDrive (hereinafter, the "App").

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the App. Access to the App implies full acceptance of these Terms and the related Privacy Policy.

Art. 1. Purpose of the App

OkDrive is a digital application that offers the following main features:

• A tool for the purely mathematical estimation of the blood alcohol level.
• A directory to easily find taxi service phone numbers and promote safe driving.

Art. 2. Medical and Legal Disclaimer

2.1 The App IS NOT a medical device and cannot in any way replace a certified breathalyzer or a blood test.

2.2 The Data Controller declines any and all liability for any decision made by the user based on the results provided by the App. The user is the sole and absolute responsible for their actions, including the decision to drive a vehicle.

2.3 The Data Controller cannot be held liable for penalties, fines, accidents, damages to property or people, or criminal/civil consequences arising from the user's conduct while driving.

Art. 3. Third-Party Services (Taxi)

3.1 The App provides a list of taxi service contacts for informational purposes only.

3.2 The Data Controller does not manage, endorse, or affiliate with the listed Taxi companies. Any agreement, booking, or payment for the transport service occurs exclusively between the User and the Taxi company.

3.3 The Data Controller is not responsible for disservices, delays, applied rates, or damages resulting from the use of third-party transport services.

Art. 4. User Obligations

The user agrees to:

• Use the App in compliance with the law.
• Not rely on the App's data to assess their actual fitness to drive.
• Be aware that the only safe way to avoid risks is not to drink if you have to drive.

Art. 5. Changes to the Terms

The Data Controller reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time by updating this page. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the modifications.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute arising from the use of the App or related to it will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of the registered office of MEDIAINFO SRL, except for the consumer forum if applicable.
